While we are broadly interested in the aviation market, our greatest desire to acquire companies aggressively serving the helicopter maintenance, repair, overhaul and products marketplace.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We prefer companies that are leaders in their market segment that have growth potential but may be undercapitalized or looking for divesture. We consider both profitable and underperforming businesses, including companies in need of operating or capital restructuring. RSG practices a serious approach to quality, FAR compliance and safety in operations. Current businesses are certified in ISO-9000, AS-9100, and have consistently achieved FAA Diamond Awards for high levels of training investment over multiple years.
SIZE
RSG's acquisition criteria will be shared with serious inquirers, but these criteria generally include:
- Revenues above $2 million
- Consistently profitable
- Strong management team
- Largely oriented to the rotorcraft industry
- Complementary to other RSG operations
- Smaller companies that command a strong niche
